I saw the preview images and I was expecting a Castlevania-ish thing. But I found I was a ball with strange physics. I think the prototype is fine, it works. The physics feel a little not natural though.
I mean, it is a working platformer which is a lot already so I celebrate it! The art and story seems promising, I wish I could see the next progress of this project.
The speed before the boost really made me to feel to not playing the game. When I died at last level because I fell in lava I felt really lazy to go again through the slow part. I would have given more score if not by the slow part, but nice overall!

Controlling the character feels cool when you get speed up, but before that game feels weird because he falls very slowly. Also starting from level one after dying was painful.
