If this was playtested you are a god at platforming. I actually really like the mechanics of this, the feel and learning curve is unique, awesome and genuinely fun to learn and get good at. Without checkpoints though, its hard to brain jump from one set of mechanics into another, especially with limited practice using the other set.

Like I want to play through it in its entirety. Admittedly I did not finish the first non-tutorial level after I change into the red sprite.

Otherwise an awesome looking release.

Hi, really cool game, the idea of switching between mechanics is really engaging in my opinion, and the pixel art is very well made. I think it should need a lot more checkpoints in order to not result frustrating really quickly, as of right now it is too much punishing. Still a really enjoyable game if you master your skills.

Keep it up and good luck! <333

Very, very cool movement mechanics. Enjoyed it all the way.

Checkpoint echo 🚩 Trying to do that first jump with the spikes is murder.

There's some good ideas in this for sure, but the long respawn animation, combined with starting back at the beginning of some fairly tricky platforming levels makes it a bit unpleasant to play unfortunately. I hope you finish this though!

Cute platformer. Animations somewhat reminds Deltarune. Don't know why, exactly.

You should have made more checkpoints along the way. I understand, that good control system for platformer require more time to polish. But punishing for it/for now knowing timings of spells/controls by tp to spawn is quite frustrating. Also, if you gonna continue to work on it, add more ambient/SFX)

Otherwise, really great game)
