Cute little game! I included it in my A Game By It’s Cover 2018 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Looks promising, but Windows Defender blocks the game when I try to start it. Scanning it doesn't find any viruses, but it still won't run.

Damn, not sure what that could be. It is made in an older version of Game Maker Studio. I might try and make a browser version soon which shouldn't have the same issues.

I think Windows 10 has the tendency to simply block single .exe files that were downloaded from the internet. I had the same issue when I tried exporting my own Game Maker 1.4 projects. They worked fine on my computer, but as soon as I uploaded and re-downloaded them, Windows Defender would block them. Choosing a .zip file instead of a single .exe program in Game Maker's "Create Application" options solved that issue for me. Win 10 seems to have less of a problem if the .exe file is inside a directory with other files.

That is great to know! Thank you :)

Finally got around to uploading a new version in a zip folder which hopefully windows doesn't have an issue with :)

Eeyup, it works for me now! Windows Defender doesn't seem to care as long as the .exe is in a .zip file first...

Played your game twice now and I'm pretty sure I still don't understand most of it, but I liked the overall silliness. Some sounds would have been nice, even just some "beatboxed" sound effects like you did in one of your tweets...I think they would even suit the aesthetic pretty well!

Sounds were next on the list but I was doing the jam on a short break visiting my brother in Scotland and ran out of time, thank you so much for playing!
