You and your GB roms! That was quite a trip. Somehow you used to minimalistic graphics to evoke a lot of troubling emotions. I got a little confused on some of the directional arrows, especially in the basement. Sometimes the movement get me a little turned around, but overall it made sense, and was a really impressive way to get some creepy house exploration in.

Really enjoyed this one! Also I would be taking a torch to that house pretty quickly if I were the protagonist.

The retro style took me back and excellent work on the music!! I felt anxious while playing this one too because I didn't know what to expect!

It’s truly an impressive work, I saw you made even a rom of it! I didn’t finish the game yet, but I am planning to do that! The only thing I didn’t like so much is…the combat system. It overcomplicates simple actions, for example: I see a ghost, I should run, but I wanted to fight since I had the option. Unfortunately, you can’t fight, but only run. I don’t know if I made a mistake before, but it’s not the first time I had a scene like that and I didn’t understand the meaning of them. But for the rest, I’ll repeat I respect so much your dedication for this game and the risks for making a Dracula/Myst game not only in 2022, but in a game jam!

Hey thanks a lot for the feedback, and for playing the game.

I liked the storyline and of course the retro style. Another game for the books! And loved the dedication to the pixel art.

Definitely the scariest of the games I've seen so far. You did a really good job on this. I wasn't jumping out of my seat scared, but I definitely felt tension once I got to the final few minutes of the game. The graphics were good, though I spent more minutes trying to get past the title screen than I did exploring the house (didn't realize it actually used gameboy controls). Even so, the fact that you configured it to do that is impressive. Good job, and keep it up.

very nice gameboy-version! I like this walking through the house, the music and graphics are nice, too. good work!!

Your use of pixel art and chiptunes really work in favor for the horror genre. The basement was especially interesting since the perspective and layout made it very disorienting. I do think the battle sections were too drawn out so it lowered the tension that could have been maintained
