Cool game! It took a few attempts to figure out the conditions for losing, how the balloons interact with the player, and a strategy for winning, but I did win eventually! It felt very fair and winning was satisfying.
2 big things I would change: - I couldn't see the whole game without clicking fullscreen. It might be the fault of the engine you're using, but I would look into it nonetheless. - The controls aren't stated anywhere in the game. You could probably add some text like "move with the arrow keys" at the start that disappears when the game begins. That way, no one will get confused about the controls.
It took me some time to figure out you should move with arrow/keys I was trying to click on the ballons, maybe adding the controls in the itch page description would help.
For the gamepage background colors try to use ones with turned down saturation so they are easer to look on. Thankfully we have full screen so it’s not that bad.
The game itself is fun, the collision it a tad janky with the double collides (you walking into stuff, booping it the other direction and while walking through booping it back into the original one), but for a 20 second jam, it has it’s own charm. Otherwise the base game idea of trying to wrangle things from danger is nice!

Overall, great job!
