You can't use shade or more than 2 colors. The rules can be applied with a color picker. If you pick the color of the screen, you have to get only 2 different hexa colors code.

You can use dithering but without to small pixel (you have to see it) and you can applied the rules before, with a color picker.

You can use premade assets for SFX, Fonts and Music
