I think awesome graphics aren't essential for a good game and yours is a nice example. I like the story and the original mechanics ;)

- It's got turtles. What more needs to be said? This was a fantastic entry dripping with cool humour, simple but unique art and animation - with every character hand-drawn as an individual and fitting high school tropes, to cement the clear setting. The little audio that was included fitted the setting and theme, it would have been nice to have some sound effects for things like the radio and band recordings to really make it special. The puzzles were a little simple in terms of primarily being chase-quests but the journal list and 'extra steps' were really nice touches, and some thinking was involved for parts like the percussion. Overall this was superbly written with clever dialogue and a well-thought through story design tying everything together in a neat package. Well done.
- This was a really fun game. I love the art style but especially the writing. A lot of old detective parodies come off as cringy, but you did it just right. It was really funny.
