In a couple of dayswe will have a "functioning" version of our game. Should we post it and then update it or should we wait until the game is complete to upload it? 

It's up to you. The only reason I could think to do that is maybe if you want to ask people to test it and get feedback?

I won't be playing any of the games until the jam ends, as I don't want to have my opinions skewed by playing early versions. I will wait until the final versions are submitted and the jam is over and then play all the games.
