We actually have made some sprites and sounds to make a lightning fall of the sky into your fish if you hit one obstacle, but I didn't have time to put it into the game, which is kinda sad.
But it will be there in the next release on Steam!
It's great art wise, it was a bit tedious to make my way through the map, but overall i think its a pretty good game!

Some people really thought this while playing solo. I'll try to make a speedrun timer and a leaderboard to make the singleplayer experience better.

The music is actually inspired by Kirby! Our artist asked for our composer to make something similar to it, and he did a great job!
yooo, anotherone with playroom, amazing, maybe even the best one with playroom (not that i've found a lot with it), i was stuck with the foward movement cuz atm didn't have a mouse with me, but the art is soooo cooool, the music is perfect for a mario kart vibes xD

I would love to play your game, but as I said in my comment a bit below, my laptop's power supply just got some "electrical issues", and it just don't charges my laptop anymore.
I already got it to someone who maybe can fix. If it isn't possible, then I'll probably have to wait 2/3 weeks until an new power supply arrives :/

The art in this game is breathtaking. I loved the splashing sound your fin makes when you move it, super crisp and responsive! Amazing music. I think having the player waggling their mouse is a really creative and intuitive way to make the fish swim too. The jump animation was delightful. So much I enjoyed about this game, even without other fish to compete against to become "servant of the gods".
I did find it a little tricky to know how I should be waggling the mouse, like if I needed to do it in the direction I was facing or just always horizontally. At the start I was always trying to do it perpendicular to my fish's tail fin and not really moving, but once I figured it out I enjoyed it. It was a little hard to turn as well, but also fun to drift in the water like a street racer.

Sadly, this morning, from the entire nothing, my laptop's power supply made an *POP* and stopped working, so I can't charge my laptop anymore to play your games, sorry >~<.

Very tasty art style!! the audio was great and the track itself had good challenge progression. I would recommend making the jump a bit more dramatic, but that might of just been me struggling with it.

very interesting work, I think it would be more convenient if everything was only with the mouse? like if the fish is turned to the left, the mouse is entered vertically? like it's more intuitive
