The first days can be very boring, as you repeat basic actions until something new happens, but later on, you become swarmed with possible interactions and it becomes hard to do everything.

There's some nice 3D and models going on, but unfortunately, the sex scenes short and kind of stiff, with limited movements and sometimes locked to specific outfits. 

The game has hours upon hours of content, but many of those hours will be spent grinding affection, lust, money, or whatever, to unlock events and to progress the girls' routes.

(PS: save your money, the game doesn't give much.)

Despite all of its flaws, Harem Hotel remains a good game which at least deserves a chance, so give it a go and see for yourself.
