I spent quite some time looking at custom playbooks for Scum & Villainy before starting a campaign and the Operative is definitely the best I found.  The designer definitely has a strong sense of what FITD playbooks should feel like without making them overpowered.  I played with the Operative for almost a year and found it lots of fun!  Thanks!
