I've played a fair few solo RPGs as well as card-based RPGs, though fewer based on tarot decks than I would like. 

Anamnesis is one of the best solo RPGs out there, especially if you like a journaling style format. The prompts are simple yet evocative and I surprised myself a bit with what I had at the end of the game.
