This game is a very interesting case. The shooting and movement feel rather good (minus the grappling hook), but everything else is just off... don't get me wrong, there's an excellent game hiding here, and you can certainly enjoy it as-is. But the levels are too linear, upgrades are uninspired, enemies are all either too gimmicky or boring... I honestly think the game would be better off without the roguelike exterior.

Despite this, many of the core mechanics are really fun and could easily be formed into something more solid. If you're into movement shooters I think you should give it a try :-]
