Very relaxing 3d hidden object game. The premise is, you rotate a little island around, clicking on things to see if you uncover a cat, and you need to collect a certain amount of cats in each level to progress to the next. If you are nearby a cat you haven't found yet, you can hear it meowing, to help you find them.
There are also balls of yarn to collect, which are a bit harder to find, because they don't meow or animate, and tend to blend in with their surroundings a bit more.
The little villages are well designed, both with little nooks and crannies to hide the kittens and yarn balls, but also to perform some environmental storytelling. For example, one of the levels is a scene of a traffic jam, with different kinds of cars in disarray, and you can find the source of the jam as you explore. Even up until the end of the game you are seeing new objects which keep it fresh.
The downsides are the controls and the hint system. The controls are OK, but I would have preferred forward and back to always move you perpendicular to the ground, so that you can look down and pan the scene that way. Additionally, there isn't much in the way of collision response, so when the camera hits something, it just stops.
As for the hints, I didn't know there was a global limit, and I used them up halfway through the game. It made the later levels more annoying, because not only did I not have hints, but the objects were hidden even harder than before.
It still ended up being very engrossing, and I think the style of a small 3d scene that you can navigate freely, clicking on things to cause cute little animations, could be utilized in more games.
