At the beginning I thought this was that certain type of poorly translated adult visual novel waste (car salon).  Turns out it's this  multilayered joke that both disguises itself as and makes fun of low brow entries from the genre. Sometimes It's very very funny. Other times it's memey and annoying. Either way it think it got the desired effect out of me and I appreciate Bumpkin Boy's Bizarre Adventures for doing that.
