I've run this adventure twice, once for AD&D and once for Best Left Buried. It really nails a body and food-horror vibe and can slide into most OSR/NSR games without much work.

It's memorable (one of my players still gets creeped out by allusions to the adventure) and fun - both groups that played it had a great time.
