I know, inflation themed games are too rare to complain, but... It would be nice to see something more realistic than just a growing circle. Well, the concept is 5+, but it gets predictable very soon. Here is some ideas that could fix it: limited amount of pills (forces to play risky); variable volume for each "burp" level; several stages of limit warning; occasional pill machine glitch, that gives a pill with random air volume. Your projects lacking of complexity, but you're getting better with each one, keep up a good work!
