Beautiful designs and the story itself was very interesting. However. I also felt like the first part of the story was very very disjointed from the second (and third?) part, and I sort of wish it was better integrated into the plot. That said, I also did like the main characters and how they interacted a lot. I feel like in the second and third parts of the story their reveals were well done, and did enjoy them.
I also REALLY loved the concept of the view of the world around the characters changing based on switching perspectives.
My biggest problem came from the save points, though. There only being a few save checkpoints - meaning you had to replay huge
chunks of the game over and over to get the different endings - was
very exhausting to get through, and made the game a little less enjoyable. (Unless, of course, I missed other ways to save that weren't the candles. In that case, my frustration there is all on me.)
