Gameplay loop was good, and everything was very clear and well telegraphed. It's a game with a compelling core conceit. Keeping a fire stoked to keep your husband alive! That's a cool idea!
However.. I dunno, dude. I wish the 'how far will you go?' tagline didn't go straight to getting harassed for sexual favors. Maybe I should have figured it was inevitable with a protagonist named Jezebel?
Like... listen, there's times you can invoke that in a story, but this didn't really.. do anything with it. It just happens and the story breezes on. I understand that in itself can be commentary, but as someone with my own experiences of being pestered for sex I just didn't like it, especially with the lack of content warnings beforehand, especially with how the end of the game (the one I got at least) is an abrupt 'yay, you saved Terrence, okay bye' with little to no outro. Putting these themes in your work, you open yourself to a certain amount of responsibility in utilizing them. I didn't really see that responsibility fulfilled in this game.
