I love this.

I love that even though the MC is out of her depth, she can be useful and badass. I love that the romance comes along naturally and never felt shoe-horned in. I even love that they argue and get frustrated with each other and are stubborn; that they don't just suddenly lose their personalities because they caught feelings.

The only thing that frustrated me was (slight SPOILERS) MC's actions and attitudes at the base (at first). The lone female in a base made up of all males (and "military" at that) should have had alarm bells ringing from the get go... even with the relief of there being other people (but maybe that's just me!) But in the end I love how it all played out so my frustration was short lived.

I can't recommend this enough. If you're reading this and you're on the fence, please give it a shot.
