There's beauty in simplicity and Lumen has it in spades. Not only is this SRD well thought out and well laid out, but it's an easy read that makes its core clear. Beyond that, Lumen has an uncanny ability to immediately start sparking ideas for how it can be transformed into other games and potentially used for other styles of play as well. It's the most readily built for designers SRD I've encountered to date.
