A series of clashing elements from a number of other games, introduced together without a clear understanding of those elements. Definitely requires some editing, particularly with regards to how it is arranged - a lot of page flipping required to use this in any sort of way. It's fine for something to not be novel; but slapping together the work of three other designers and putting your name on it is sort of crass, as is a marketing strategy largely based on generating outrage.
This isn't rules-lite at 10 pages, isn't particularly simplistic to use given the amount of contrasting systems at play, and doesn't really seem to have a purpose or tone or direction other than the statement of having done something. Taylor should hire a developmental editor and listen to them.
