I took much longer than I should have to play this game (even though I've been excited for it since I first saw Lemos in 2017); it is GORGE.

The protagonist Nova is insanely likeable, I love her perspective and sense of humor - and the way certain characters react to her dialogue is an absolute joy. There's also a lovely attention to detail on the sprites: such as the way Nova's hair changes, and her childhood friend's tan lines under her sunglasses .

The premise of being unexpectedly engaged to royalty is also handled in a way that's both engaging and believable - most of the characters are (understandably) not into it, but the well-written outside circumstances often compel them to play along to an extent.

I'd like to write a more in-depth review at some point, I just wanted to go ahead and give this a good rating asap. :) Looking forward to Isven's route!
