This is a beautifully-designed, weird micro-setting for Troika centered around the oddball denizens of a few small islands and the monstrous creature that terrorizes them. Probably a single-session idea, but provides some good fodder for exploration, especially in the form of the inhabitants. I'm guessing the flow would be first-contact, questioning locals, formulating a plan, and making an attempt to take down the beast. (Or maybe negotiate with it or something.) Very straightforward in its conception, but the art, clean ideas, and great design make it a winner.
