Pros:

• Very reminiscent of classic Super Mario
• The game is fun
• Colors are well thought out (except red mushroom)
• Nice variety of powerups
• Cats

Cons:

• Controls feel a little floaty
• Enemy hitboxes are hit or miss at times
• It's not clear that the red mushrooms are dangerous; I thought they acted like in Mario where it made me bigger
• It's not clear enough which powerups are active

Overall:
A bright and fun platformer with a very clear inspiration and goal.
