I thought Morenatsu was the pinnacle of emotional rollercoasters in homoerotic furry VN land. I was sorely mistaken. Tennis Ace is not something to be idly downloaded to be played at your leisure; it's a commitment to a set of masterfully written characters with well defined personalities. It's not afraid to lock itself into pure happiness like Morenatsu tends to (at least before Shin and Juuichi's routes...) and while that rends my poor, dumb little heart asunder, I cannot deny the skill and love that went into crafting this narrative.
