Pretty good start. If the sword animations attacked the reticle instead of just off to the side, I think it would feel more fun to swing the sword. Also, maybe a gate on the castle to let me know I couldn't go in there, or even, start the player facing the other direction with the text prompt already active? Or have a cube who is the king poking out of the castle to say "go find the chalice" in a speechbubble.
