Fun! I got sucked into it, and got all the upgrades after playing for about 5 hours of gameplay, but I still enjoy playing it and upgrading my bases. I wish there was a second stage of upgrades after all the initial ones are unlocked, maybe elevating the gameplay a bit? introducing hostiles during night time or something might be cool, and I'd also like to upgrade the helper module or maybe have the ability to upgrade the biofuel generators into something that's able to generate a low level of energy all the time (maybe like a methane generator?) but when fed fruit/wood/grass/etc it can still produce a lot more energy until that fuel is used up. Also increasing the lightning rod's effectivity range would be a good upgrade. 

The next stage upgrades could be set at much higher prices too, so that you'd need to work at it for awhile to be able to unlock them. maybe at 50-70 research point range? 

also I have no idea what the use case for the walls are? do they keep things from being blown away during a wind storm? I've built and used every other tool/construct though. A multiplayer version would be neat!
