The system is simple but versatile; the artwork is excellent. The writing is good throughout, and the rules seem well-explained, even for people that don't have a lot of experience roleplaying. It has strong sections for general roleplaying, character creation, (No playbooks. I love that it doesn't have playbooks!) moves, GM advice, and a sample setting. The main thing I missed were examples; it would've been nice to have more of those in the book. The explanations are very good, but sometimes a good play example is worth a lot.

I got this system to try my seven-year-old out on PBtA games, and I'm pleased as punch with the product.
