I don't understand the controls. I can move around and pick up stuff and put them down but how do I activate them? Will try again later.

Edit: Found how the control work. Simple game, really cool, nice design! I played in easy mode cause I'm a wuss, even like that i was meticulously calculating at what rate my turnip grow and how many I need to survive per step and wood chopping to not die. Loved it. The reward was less interesting than my now industry size field of turnip, tho. 10/10 recommend.
