I like a lot about this game, but I really wish you could save your progress! And that you could get recipes/blueprints for craftables in the first "level". Definitely would be 5 stars if there was a way to save progress or exit the game mid-level. It's just discouraging to make so much progress and then die and have to start all the way over, though I have only gotten 3 levels in so maybe there are checkpoints later on?
