I loved it!! Everything from picking the right skills to the small talk from the servants were gold. I loved how the story progressed using the different door system. The movement was smooth, too, I really enjoyed that I could move diagonally instead of the typical four directions. I enjoyed the intricacies of each character and was able to understand the motives of the main villains at the end.

[Story Flow & Pacing]
Pacing was great! The flow of the story was pretty straightforward, save for two main areas: one during the first encounter with Ivan when you had to maneuver to unlock the skill to successfully persuade him. I wasn't too familiar with the pushing mechanism and had to rely on an online walkthrough to solve this part.
Also, when Yvon sent me on the task to retrieve the document from the archives.. I'm not sure if it was intentionally vague but with the sudden increase in difficulty with the rogue bots I thought I had to unlock some other mechanism elsewhere and spent a significant amount of time walking around the house.
I also liked, in the chapter where you had just spoken to Jacob and were avoiding the bots, them being placed in common areas or near the telephones were quite clear signs that I shouldn't be walking there.

[Graphic Design]
I liked the details put into distinguishing each character. I liked the legend at the top-right which helped you find characters! Although, perhaps the up/down pathway arrows on the map could be limited to just 1 up/down arrow. It was only when I was in the last segment of the game did I realise what they were used for.
Also, just a small suggestion but adding small beaks on the bird bots could have helped greatly in identifying that they were part of the aviary.

[Confusing parts/Easter eggs]
There were some parts which I felt could have better tied in with the story were the painter and the oracle. I liked that the ghost painter wasn't scary at all (ironically, it was the humans who were scarier). It was a nice easter egg to chance upon but I wasn't able to piece together his purpose in the story. Who was his brother?
I felt that the oracle was a slight waste of time. I had to walk two rooms away before fortune telling resumed, only to be presented with very vague clues that were completely unfamiliar unless I had already solved the puzzle (in which case they would have still been useless). I didn't understand the 'Power' option; perhaps being more specific with naming could have helped. Alternately, instead of an Oracle room, an easter egg which could be unlocked on your map directly would be cooler and more helpful! This feature would allow you to get hints, view rooms which still had undiscovered/unfinished components, or visualise where to find the remaining doors that were still locked.

[Bugs]
Sometimes the game would freeze. Most commonly it was when I came into contact with robots, but there was one time in the final scene after I had cleared the fourth or fifth gate.
There was also a small error after speaking with Jacob and entering the room above his office (let's call it room A). If you were eliminated by the robots (regardless of whether you got the key or not), the office room you were brought back to upon resurrection had a blocked entrance to room A.
--------
[Other suggestions]
Perhaps the final scene could be unlockable by gates of all kinds which you had obtained the keys to, in order of you obtaining them (eg. first gate: gate key, second gate: business key, third gate: crafty key... last key: eye key). It would be a nice throwback to your journey throughout the game.
Some grammatical & spelling errors in dialogue ('buisness', 'shot', etc).

Overall, great effort in the game!! Really looking forward to playing other games by Harmless :)
