This is some tasty-looking retro indie horror for sure, BUT... I think some things could be improved. It's mostly on the part of the UI and maybe sensitivity? You really need to find a better font, and not sure if that's on my mouse, but the sensitivity is really rough...? I can't explain, but I probably need to look into it myself.
