I'm pretty sure this is the first Soup-like game I've ever played, and I really enjoyed it! 

I appreciated the Day selection mechanic being forgiving - when I was a dork and hit every edge on Day 11 and missed a poem, I was able to go back on a restart and see what I missed.

There is a great variety in the visuals while still having the unified mythological & religious theming. I enjoyed collage work and the striking contrasts, like the day with the restaurant imagery.

Chuck did great on the atmospheric music. Whether brooding or occasionally creepy, the tracks fit each stage.

I really appreciated the poetry sections, as it has been a while since I read either poetry or writing that has more advanced vocabulary. I had to sit for a few minutes and really interpret what each poem meant to me.
