Just spent something around 45 hours playing this game so it's obvious I had a good time.

I only did one run but I tried to see as much as I could without looking too much in the walkthrough but honestly I felt like I missed so much content so I ended up checking. And, holy shit, there is so much!

I'm considering going for a second, now that I dwelved a bit in the walkthrough. Having multiple paths is really something that helps this feeling, I think. 

Having big different endings with a slightly longer last chapter would be nicer but, let's be honest, wanting more is just another praise. 

As for the NSFW part, as a woman with various kinks myself, I had a run for my money (even tho it was free, I guess).

Seeing some RPG Maker base assets threw me back to when I was younger and tried to tinker with it myself. Thinking that with some slight improvements and custom assets something really fun could be made with it.
