This was AMAZING!! I really enjoyed the story-writing and characterization, which made it feel like a very unique and fulfilling experience! You introduced a frightening world expertly, but made sure to make the intentionally emotional parts hit very hard & well. It was also cool & immersive how you acknowledged common tropes within the story, and made sure to make something new and exciting! Brilliant idea, and brilliant execution.

[Spoiler warning for those who haven't played it yet] - I had a few issues with the 'eating' jump scare's appearance/timing (it seemed to get cut off), and when I re-winded, I crashed and had some strange message in itch/renpy. However, when I started again and skipped to where I was, it worked.

Again, I really liked this game! Amazing job!
