Good game!! I like the pixel art a lot, it's a pretty simple platformer but I think the pacing was good, I beat the whole thing in one go and had a fun time. I tried my best to get all the treasure and secrets, though I missed a few and died a few times; I assume there's a thing on the end if you get a high enough score. Maybe I'll try for that in the future! Fierce and the other character designs are cute and the music works well. Bosses had some good variety and I enjoyed trying to time the bombs to hit them as much as possible. 

I liked whenever I found a secret hidden treasure, so it'd be cool to have more of those around, and if there were certain blocks I could bomb to uncover treasures too. It can be a bit slow at times, which isn't so bad, but I feel like if I happened to die late in a level's section, it can be a drag getting back. I know the levels are broken up into areas to act as checkpoints, but a cool idea I think would be if you could choose to spend points on a checkpoint in the middle of a level (like 500), so you could have another use for points and there's some risk/reward. I don't know much about Stencyl though and how hard it would be to save level progress, but if you ever do a game like this again it'd be a neat idea I think.

Overall it's a nice tribute to gameboy games! It was pretty solid, I didn't encounter any problems while playing besides having to get the newgrounds flash player, my regular version didn't seem to run it. Not too much of an issue but something you might want to write in the downloads so people know.

I like Fierce a lot, so I look forward to his future games! Will Fierce's greed ever be satisfied... will he ever get a girlfriend.... time will tell...
