This game confused me to say the least, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. To start with the positives, I love the art style of this game and the fact that it's fully voice acted too! Even if I wasn't a big fan of the voice acting itself, it's always nice as someone who streams to my friends to have voiced characters so I don't have to read as much out loud. I also loved the design of this game, the cgs and the various screens for choices or Zilas' streams are so fun to look at. The two different endings available in the demo are where this started to get rocky for me. I first got the ending where we find Zilas hanged in his room, and I thought it was super impactful. Although out of the blue (which I'm not upset at due to it being a demo), I thought it was a great commentary on what can happen in the social media sphere so easily. I saw a video of the other ending, however, and at first wasn't as sold on it. I can see some sort of greater messaging being brought in like people selling themselves for fame (though I looked through the ending quick, so I probably missed some details), but it felt much more for shock value than a proper ending. I can see this game being altered as it grows and is fully developed, and I'd love to see it play more into the realities of fame or popularity on the internet trope.
