A browser game made in HTML5.

You seriously need to address the GenAI elements present in this Visual Novel. The reason why no one has played this yet, is because it has that piss stained filter old GenAI content used to have. So, I beg of you, get rid of the AI stuff as soon as you can.

This engine you're using is okayish, but I always gravitate towards Ren'Py, so consider getting this on Ren'Py. Not because it's easier to get into Ren'Py, but because it's more accessible to most, and has a lot of documentation you can use to create awesome games! (BTW, it can port over to Android, MacOS and Linux, so you can play your game on every modern device!)

Overall the writing is clunky? The AI art stole my attention every single time, but what I can say about the writing is:

  • Stiff
  • Dull
  • Repetitive at times
  • Little to characterization

How do you achieve all of this? Work better on each of your characters motivations, why is Noah doing all this stuff? what's his motivation? Why should I care about Mira and Jay? Why am I being introduced to this VN like this? Why we're in Noah's office? Why, just why things are the way they are in this VN? Try to fill these gaps with creative and plot significant information. You can enrich your VN like this.

I want to see this project thrive, but it's very hard when there's so much potential and all of it is being wasted because these GenAI images scare people away, they don't like it. I just happen to read this, because I was intrigued about this project.

Anyway, your top priority now is getting rid of the AI content. If you need help to find Creative Commons content for your VN (which is not a really hard thing to do), I can help you, just hit me on discord: azunnite

This FVN has potential to be good, you have potential to make this awesome, you just need to do a few steps, people want to see human made things, this AI frontpage scare them away, and I hope I don't across as harsh or condescending, I too struggle with finding artists, or the money. Then, maybe, this is your call to learn how to draw! It is inexpensive! Grab a pen and paper, and just enjoy yourself.
