Unknown, The RedFoxo rated Adastra

A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.

I absolutely loved everything in this series. Being unemployed has its perks of being able to binge the whole novel (about 20-24 hours) series in about 2-3 days without much distractions.

Legit felt like I couldn't stop reading and continuing to read until I was exhausted and couldn't handle it anymore (physically that is).

Mighty spoilers warning ahead:

However, even though it serves as both a way to show what would happen, being that we won't actually ever live it ourselves, but also as a plot point for the main characters, I totally and fully despise how our 'future' was shown. - 06/06/2026

However, now knowing that there is this one ending, but also one where not just our future, but the parent's plans are explained to us, the hows and why. Which makes it so much more bearable than just having our future shown without much explanation. To leave us as puppets. But now, knowing that we can have more knowledge to apprehend the situation, it feels, in fact, like the true ending that should have happened. - 10/06/2026 - after replaying through the game with different choices.

That said, I took a good minutes or two of thought-through thinking after it all ended. Rendering tears on my cheeks for a good minute.
Thank you so much for this novel. It was beautiful.

Though I can't stop but thinking how the person that made me look at this back after so many years, just described it as "bara-slop", which is funny.
