This game is fairly decent. It's a game I think is worth buying and playing through at once, though be aware it has some very sensitive subject matter, both long-standing and with current events (as of 2020).
That being said... it does have one major problem which tends to drag down the rest of the game. The game is meant to be played multiple times, but the game itself will insult and degrade you for doing so, as well as insinuate that you've done terrible things and it's all your fault (even if your run was a decently positive one, because my first run was and I still got completely reamed out as if I was a puppy kicking, kitten-drowning psycho).
As I recommended above, it's fine playing through once, which is great for most games but pretty bad for a multi-playthrough-intended game. It tends to get very annoying playing extra runs, especially considering the game intends for you to experiment with balances to figure out how to solve secondary problems, which isn't really enjoyable to do when the game itself keeps hassling you for playing it.
In addition, some helpful tools you can only get if you go specific routes, which makes it more frustrating on top of everything else.
I can't really call it a "fantastic" or "great" game. It's good, but just "good". Buy it if you're curious and don't mind likely stopping at one run, or if you don't mind the game itself degrading you for playing it multiple times.
