really really cool game! atmosphere is banging and it has some really cool mechanics. all while being on a super restrictive engine too!! honestly that's gotta be the most impressive part of this

the puzzles r like. the most divisive thing i've ever encountered. on the one hand they can become really frustrating because the game telegraphs basically NOTHING to the player. you've gotta be the one making connections like "okay so this one object might indicate that i need to read this set of symbols like this?" and then u try it and see if it works or not. but the thing about it is that like. when you make the right connection. when you ask yourself the right question and you test your theory AND IT'S RIGHT.....!!!! that's gotta be the closest a human being can get to experiencing crack cocaine without taking crack cocaine. it's insane how it makes you feel

i would not recommend this to a normal person IN MY LIFE but if you're fucking crazy about puzzle games like i am and you have good frustration tolerance then you are absolutely going to enjoy this

(also i was the second ever person in the whole world to get the good ending!!! B) i feel so cool for that (i DID get to ask the dev a lot of questions on discord so maybe that's not as impressive as someone who could do it without them but. whatever. i'm happy with myself))
