I really like the idea of turning Advance Wars into an RTS, but I miss the feeling of the AW tactics in this game.
It maybe needs a more slow paced combat and less interconected maps to let you see clearly the situation to be able to block entries and protect the indirect units. Also some damage exchanges between units or not being able to repair in cities feels a bit weird.
It end's up being a messy RTS and a odd AW, But a lot of work has been made so its really close to be a good game and I really enjoyed the experience anyways, so, regadless it becomes an RTS with an AW skin or a good mix I'll buy it.
