While this game has a promising start, with the "landlord" research story-line and the table of memories,  it's story takes a sharp decline in quality, especially in Chapter 9 and onward.

The visuals and animations are top notch, with a noticeable rise in quality as the game evolves, but with the bad story and unlikable MC, I can not recommend or rate highly this game.
