I like the setting, textures and concept/plot, and the jumpscares did get me, however I do think that there should be a more gory animation to the upgrade installation instead of spinning, maybe some sort of vague surgery-esque thing. When the test subject has a defect, I think there should be something more clear and gory there like the head exploding or bleeding. 

The environment is suggested to be lived in, so maybe slightly cleaner on the frequently used areas eg. the glass inbetween the test room and computer. This would also make it easier to see the animations. I think the upgrade itself should be slightly smaller for realism. 

I also think there is room for improvement at the transition at the plot twist instead of it quickly becoming the cutscene.

The questions this game left me with were: Where do the test subjects go after installation? Who takes care of the bodies when there is a defect? Who was controling the computer at the time of the plot twist? These questions can be answered by a little more development of the plot and making the game a tad longer for a more immersive experience. 

This is a really interesting and dystopian concept which I really enjoy, the game itself is good and with a little refining  I think it could be great.
