Masterfully done branching interactive fiction with story and characters that I find popping back into my mind months after the last time I played. The plot feels very "The Witcher"-y but it is set in its own world (more lore than I honestly care to read, but if you're a lore whore, get on in this game).

But I just want to reiterate again how well the author handles the branching. In an IF novel, you tend to need to weave the plot back into the main flow and that can make decisions seem pointless, but this author really does manage to incorporate fairly major divergences in ways that carry forward intriguingly.
