First thing to note: 

While an excellent game, some of the content might be a blocker to your enjoyment of it.

Actual review:

As a choose-your-own-adventure, branching choices game, this is as good as it gets.  In order to unlock everything you would need many playthroughs.  And the animation is fantastic.

...but man, did I feel gross, with some of it.  Most of the story is incest, and there's so much NTR and torture and mind-breaking, and the option to disable NTR content doesn't really remove all that much -- a pretty small selection of screens and animations, while the narrative content is still there.  ...and yikes, does Hinata get put through the ringer with all of that, in this game.  

I went in to this game expecting some dark content (per disclaimer), playing a rascally horn-dog doing rascally things.  Instead, it turned into a lot of characters spiraling into depravity, and hating their selves for it.  Clicking to make them do these things felt wrong.  This is even being about as nice as possible, on the "love" path.  I wanted to unlock all of the scenes, but I'm not sure that I can handle the "hate" path.
