In terms of puzzle games, this one is really well-designed. I described the concept as pushing blocks, but the devs managed to extract every last drop from that concept, keeping it engaging throughout the entire three hour I spent playing.
Finding your way from beginning to end isn't too difficult, but there's a lot of optional goodies for you to collect, to give your brain an extra challenge. These optional puzzles were among my favourites, real head scratchers, but very satisfying to solve!
I should also mention that the world is interconnected and exploring it to find secret passageways or connections you didn't think would be there is very satisfying. With the smooth controls, backtracking isn't a chore either and I had a lot of fun doing so.
The soundtrack and visual design also give the game a mysterious atmosphere. There is no real threat, but the atmosphere alone makes every room feel interesting and worth exploring.
Lastly, I do want to mention that I ran into a few technical hiccups. The game crashed on me a few times, specifically in the rooms with the laser redirection, but luckily the game autosaves very frequently, so I never lost much progress.
All in all, I had a lot of fun with this game. It offers an interesting world to explore for a short while and a ton of high-quality puzzles that make the most out of the central mechanic. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
