I think this game has potential but currently It's just really hard to play. It took a really long time for the first trigger to happen just to get inside the house. I roamed around for 10 minutes just going in circles before the ghost lady randomly appeared. 

The vibes are really good and the atmosphere really pushed it to be spooky so it has that going for it! The glowstick makes it even creepier which is nice.

I ended up not making it far, only getting to Mia's bedroom and finding nothing afterwards. I roamed the house and the objective was stuck on finding a key from the bedroom even after getting it. I restarted the game to see if it was a glitch and the trigger never happened to get back inside after 20 minutes so I gave up on playing it. 

I would totally try again after some more bugs are fixed.
