You are a man searching for the memory of his wife down an ancient hole with nothing but a light and a handy grappling hook.
But you aren't alone down here. Not just the strange, mummy-like figures scattered all over the place with healing remnants - no, It is here, lurking in the depths. It is hungry - and you are its prey. Your only escape is to keep descending until you have reached the bottom.
Man, this is a rush. Especially when being chased by It, having to quickly figure out where is safe to climb, where to swing, and sometimes taking drops and dives of faith because It won't stop coming. The realistic rope mechanics of the grappling hook are excellent in aiding all that. It can wrap around things, acting as an impromptu weight or catching you. And wow, the final part of the game is rough. No more checkpoints, just one long way down, surfaces being less and less obvious, and, depending on how bad your luck is, hoping you can swing well enough to reach a distant platform.
